• Set strategic direction for Business Units to align with corporate vision and objectives

• Establish performance targets and monitor KPIs for operational and financial excellence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience within a technology or software company
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing large teams
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration at the executive level
