West Coast Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-growth company, the full-time remote West Coast Account Manager will manage client accounts, implement sales projects, and educate clients on processes while working within the Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute sales projects to meet targeted revenue growth for client accounts
• Manage multiple projects with varying clients, timelines, and logistical complexities
• Communicate project changes and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing client expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a corporate marketing, agency, or project management role
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of industry-specific manufacturing, production, and decoration methods
• Must live and work within the Pacific Time Zone
