Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Switch Together campaigns and provide support to State Directors
• Expand the Switch Together network and foster partnerships to boost program participation
• Oversee media engagement strategies to enhance program visibility and public awareness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program development and management
• Minimum of 2 years managing external partner relationships
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the solar industry
• Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
• Experience working with or directly for municipal governments
