West Virginia Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Performance & Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain procedures for tracking and improving Behavioral Health Provider Data and ADW CAHPS projects
• Read contracts and amendments to identify project deliverables and monitor compliance and performance
• Conduct telephonic CAHPS surveys and work with the team to submit data to the CMS CAHPS Database Contractor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, or contract compliance
• Must reside in West Virginia
• Experience in behavioral health, ADW, or state government is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Products, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
