Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries about insurance coverage, rates, and billing issues
• Provide expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
• Support customers in filing new claim reports with empathy and offer additional products

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
• Property & Casualty license required for sales positions, with training provided for those not already licensed
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in customer service preferred
