Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex indemnity/lost time workers compensation claims
• Ensure effective communication and resolution with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
