West Virginia Licensed Field Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Applications Senior Engineer to provide service and support at customer sites throughout their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair work for low voltage distribution gear and related power distribution equipment
• Prepare technical reports, monitor spare parts, tools, and equipment, and maintain safety regulations
• Interface with Project Management and Site personnel while delivering excellent customer service and addressing client needs

Required Qualifications

• Education at the Associates level in electrical power distribution or related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience with electrical power distribution systems and power monitoring systems
• Knowledge of UL Standards related to power distribution equipment
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Experience using test equipment such as multimeters and current meters
