Job Summary

Offering a flexible remote opportunity, the West Virginia Licensed Optometrist will examine patients using patented remote technology, communicate through specialized video conferencing, and analyze eye health to generate prescriptions while working as an Independent Contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients remotely in accordance with state licensing regulations
• Utilize video conference technology to communicate effectively with patients
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyewear with support from Ophthalmic Technicians

Required qualifications

• Current West Virginia state license as a Doctor of Optometry
• Experience with telehealth or remote patient care is preferred
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Willingness to complete any necessary credentialing and training
