Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Navigator Technician - Managed Care/PBM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist with customer service inquiries related to pharmacy coverage and benefits
- Make outbound calls to members, prescribers, and pharmacies to ensure member satisfaction and issue resolution
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient care plans and provide education regarding pharmacy services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Pharmacy Technician license in West Virginia
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician through PTCB or NHA
- Two years of experience specific to Medicare Part D
- Two years of Pharmacy Technician or healthcare-related experience
