West Virginia Licensed Psychiatrist
Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient practice, a part-time West Virginia Licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) will provide high-quality care to adults ages 18+ in a fully remote setting, focusing on a full spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses with a consistent Monday-Wednesday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care to a patient volume of approximately 8-12 patients per day
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team to manage administrative tasks, allowing for a focus on patient care
- Maintain a flexible schedule, providing care during designated hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET, Monday through Wednesday
Required qualifications
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
- Board Certification in psychiatry
- Active West Virginia medical license
- Availability for 24 hours per week during scheduled hours
- Experience treating adults across the full spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses; telehealth experience preferred
