Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the PRN Therapist will provide high-quality care to older adult patients through group, individual, and family therapy sessions in a fully remote environment in West Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services in a geriatric intensive outpatient setting
• Engage in community education initiatives regarding the importance of behavioral health for older adults
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and ensure compliant documentation and patient-centered treatment plans

Required qualifications

• West Virginia licensure in Social Work or Counseling (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is required
• Demonstrated commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients through kindness and accountability
