Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time West Virginia Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on evidence-based treatment while managing a consistent caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks
• Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with a supportive team

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
