Job Summary

To deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, the part-time West Virginia Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will conduct evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams for patients
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and document treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Required qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
  • Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
