Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition of assigned claims
• Proactively manage the case resolution process and participate in mediations within settlement authority
• Communicate claim status with relevant parties and ensure claims are processed according to company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of Workers Compensation claims handling experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Workers Compensation lost time claims handling experience
• West Virginia Workers Comp Insurance Adjusters license highly preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of law and insurance regulations in various jurisdictions
• Experience with reserving and adjudication of Workers' compensation lost time claims
