West Virginia Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting provider enrollment and maintenance for the WV Medicaid program, the remote West Virginia Provider Enrollment Specialist will review and process Medicaid provider enrollment applications, renewals, and maintenance requests according to established guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment applications and renewals in compliance with WV Medicaid guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for provider enrollment and renewal activities
• Conduct extensive research to ensure adherence to ACA and federal requirements

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Ability to follow written policies and government guidelines
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
