A company is looking for a Part-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter to execute talent acquisition strategies and deliver innovative recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships to understand business needs
• Deliver talent acquisition solutions and manage the full lifecycle hiring process
• Utilize sourcing techniques and external market data to build talent pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Recruitment
• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
• Valid Driver's License
