Western Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

Driving regional revenue growth, the full-time remote Western Regional Sales Manager will own the sales lifecycle for airborne law enforcement and ISR solutions, build key account plans, and serve as the primary customer contact while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets
• Build and execute territory and key account plans for law enforcement and aerospace sectors
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements while maintaining accurate forecasts in CRM

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in technical or solution sales with revenue accountability
• Proven ability to own and close complex deals
• Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial, or regulated markets
• Ability to engage with engineers, procurement, and executives
• Financial acumen in pricing, margins, and forecasting
