Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Analyst to support workforce management tools and improve productivity through data analysis and operational understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize schedules and manage WFM system settings to ensure compliance with KPIs
• Analyze sales and transaction data to improve labor demand forecasting and translate forecasts into practical labor plans
• Provide actionable insights on labor KPIs and support performance improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or labor analysis
• Strong understanding of WFM systems, with UKG Pro experience being desirable
• Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel
• Commercial awareness of labor budgets and productivity drivers
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data-led insights
