Interpret trends, gaps, opportunities, and patterns
Analyze and evaluate workforce metrics to improve capacity planning
Complete all short-term forecasting for operations

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in workforce planning, scheduling, and performance analysis
Experience with workforce management software tools
Proven track record of optimizing workforce efficiency and performance
Strong statistical/mathematical knowledge and technical expertise
Strong database knowledge and experience building enterprise grade business intelligence using SQL preferred
