WFM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP WFM Lead to support client resources in the successful implementation of Workforce Management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Business Structure Analysis and ensure all required employee assignments and elements are validated
• Develop UAT scripts and support testing of various policies, consolidating issues for the ADP Implementation Consultant
• Create user training materials and support the client during the go-live process, including answering support questions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) implementations
• Knowledge of payroll structures and related policies
• Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Familiarity with change management practices and stakeholder communication
