WFM Developer & Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Developer & Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BOOMI integrations and development in the UKG Pro WFM system, including creating reports
• Lead requirements analysis and solution design for new system interfaces, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain complex system interfaces, including real-time HL7 transaction processing and data integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 7-9 years of experience in interface development and system integration within a healthcare setting required
• 4-6 years of experience with HL7 standards and Rhapsody interface engine required
• Experience leading medium scale enterprise-wide projects to successful completion required
