WFM Hardware Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in workforce management hardware solutions, the remote WFM Hardware Overlay will guide customers through the evaluation, selection, pricing, and purchasing of time clock devices while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to assess business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate time clock and hardware solutions
• Develop pricing proposals and manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from quote creation through order completion
• Provide ongoing support for existing customers with hardware expansions, upgrades, and add-on purchases throughout the customer lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in sales, operations, implementation, or customer success
• Experience with Salesforce, quoting tools, pricing, or customer purchasing processes
• Strong commercial judgment and experience partnering with Sales, Professional Services, or Operations teams
• Comfort learning and using technology, business systems, and digital tools
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering a professional, customer-focused experience
