Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Optimization Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate utilization and policy configuration in WFM for client databases
Make recommendations for system efficiencies and streamline policy configurations
Assess "one off" policies and suggest standardization improvements

Required Qualifications

Experience with WFM systems, specifically ADP's Enterprise V6 & Celergo
Understanding of workforce management best practices
Ability to analyze and recommend policy configurations
Experience working in a consulting capacity
Availability for part-time remote work up to 200 hours
