WFM Real-Time Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Real Time Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor call queues and agent statuses in real time to facilitate communication across teams
• Manage real-time scheduling updates and approve off-phone activities using WFM scheduling tools
• Generate, validate, and analyze performance and staffing reports to optimize productivity

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college education, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Project Management, or Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, real-time environment
• Experience collaborating across global teams
