Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Specialist to join their Workforce Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive schedule efficiency by aligning team members with forecast volumes and service level commitments
  • Build and adjust schedules according to stakeholder requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Monitor real-time staffing needs and adjust schedules to meet service levels and efficiency targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Excel or Sheets, including advanced functions
  • 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, planning/scheduling, or operational leadership
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Bonus: 1+ years of experience using WFM tools (e.g., NICE, InContact)
  • Bonus: 1+ years of experience in real-time workforce analysis
