Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Supervisor to manage a team of analysts and oversee workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Forecasting & Planning Analysts, preparing forecasts and budgets for workloads and resources
• Monitor and propose effective shift patterns to optimize team performance and agent satisfaction
• Assist in strategic planning and scheduling, overseeing a staff of Workforce Senior Analysts

Required Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and resource planning
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage shift patterns accordingly
• Familiarity with workforce management practices and tools
