Job Summary

A company is looking for a 100% Remote WorkForce Software (WFS) Integration Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and support of robust integrations using WFS REST/SOAP APIs and file-based interfaces
Develop and debug complex labor law and union rules within the WFS Policy Editor
Ensure data integrity and monitor integration health through technical reporting

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in WorkForce Software (WFS) development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL/PL-SQL
Deep understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and secure file transfer (SFTP)
Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) concepts and handling Union/CBA complexity
WFS Technical Certification (Level 1 or Level 2) is preferred
