WFS Integration Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFS Integration Developer to lead the technical design, development, and optimization of their workforce management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support robust integrations using WFS REST/SOAP APIs and file-based interfaces
• Develop and debug complex labor law and union rules within the WFS Policy Editor
• Lead the mapping of data fields between WFS and external Payroll/ERP systems to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in WorkForce Software (WFS) development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL/PL-SQL
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and secure file transfer
• Familiarity with Workforce Management concepts and handling Union/CBA complexity
• WFS Technical Certification (Level 1 or Level 2) is preferred
