Wholesale Account Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of retail partnerships, the full-time Wholesale Account Coordinator will manage order fulfillment, maintain strong relationships with partners, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for retail partners, tracking the lifecycle of orders from entry to delivery
• Manage new item setups and customer configurations within retailer-specific systems
• Compile and analyze orderbook reports to identify trends and support account growth

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of wholesale/retail operations experience, preferably with international exposure
• Hands-on experience with International Direct Import programs
• Strong working knowledge of EDI processes and supply chain logistics
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
