Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Seek out and acquire new broker, bank, and credit union customers for mortgage loan business
• Build and maintain direct relationships with loan brokers to maximize revenue opportunities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals using various technologies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree desired
• Previous and recent wholesale mortgage experience is mandatory
• Solid understanding of wholesale loan origination and underwriting processes
• Current producing client base is strongly desired
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Browsers
