Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Account Executive for the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and ensure client satisfaction
  • Answer loan pricing and scenario questions while managing client expectations
  • Track and report monthly volume and loan quality, working closely with operations to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of mortgage lending experience
  • Well-developed understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, and sales procedures
  • Exceptional customer service and account development skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Encompass/Point/mortgage origination systems (preferred)
