Job Summary
Driving maximum growth, the full-time Wholesale Account Executive will develop prospective accounts and maintain loan production from active accounts while working remotely in the Eastern U.S., specifically Georgia and Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals through strategic sales planning
- Identify and qualify opportunities, managing a pipeline of leads to close sales effectively
- Provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence to management and collaborate with the sales team for new business acquisition
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of mortgage experience required
- Proven track record in new business sales and closing deals
- Strong understanding of Strategic Selling techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives
