Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, Wholesale to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and set appointments with new and existing wholesale mortgage brokers
  • Advise brokers of Company programs, pricing, and submission policies and procedures
  • Manage loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated sales skills
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of wholesale loan production
  • Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
  • Knowledge of loan program development, mortgage program marketing materials, loan servicing, and origination systems
  • Five (5) years of experience as a wholesale account executive with multiple brokers, investors, and loan products
