Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive, Wholesale to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and set appointments with new and existing wholesale mortgage brokers
- Advise brokers of Company programs, pricing, and submission policies and procedures
- Manage loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales skills
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of wholesale loan production
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
- Knowledge of loan program development, mortgage program marketing materials, loan servicing, and origination systems
- Five (5) years of experience as a wholesale account executive with multiple brokers, investors, and loan products
