Job Summary
A company is looking for a Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact and support for Brokers and internal departments, ensuring high customer service
- Monitor and manage a large pipeline for timely funding of loans
- Order and verify third-party services related to loans and ensure all deadlines are met
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of mortgage Account Manager or loan processing experience
- In-depth knowledge of all mortgage guidelines
- Familiarity with LendingQB/Meridian Link
- Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
