Job Summary
Managing a pipeline of 50-70 active loans, the full-time Wholesale Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for broker partners, ensuring compliance and timely communication throughout the loan process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and federal guidelines related to mortgage loans
- Verify and analyze loan application data to ensure compliance with underwriting standards
- Communicate loan status and requirements to brokers and management, facilitating the loan approval process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Processor/Account Manager required
- Demonstrated experience in the mortgage industry
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data
- Experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software preferred
