Job Summary
Managing the efficient processing of wholesale mortgage loans, the full-time remote Wholesale Account Manager will facilitate communication between brokers and the wholesale team, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate timely communication between approved brokers and internal teams to meet closing deadlines
- Collect and organize necessary documentation from applicants and third-party sources for loan processing
- Prepare and submit completed loan packages to underwriting, ensuring adherence to compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; or an associate degree with two years of experience; or a high school diploma with four years of experience
- One year of progressive experience in mortgage loan processing
- Experience with Non-QM mortgage loan products and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and loan origination systems, preferably Encompass
- Willingness to pursue continuing education and certifications relevant to the role
