Wholesale Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Wholesale team in a full-time capacity, the Wholesale Analyst will manage day-to-day operational execution, customer support, and logistics coordination while ensuring accurate processing of wholesale propane transactions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain wholesale contracts, pricing agreements, and customer documentation
• Coordinate transportation and delivery logistics with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely product movement
• Assist with invoice processing, customer inquiries, and account management to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience considered
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or account coordination
• Experience with order management, invoicing, and logistics coordination preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
