Wholesale Booking Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Booking Agent to manage and process bookings across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 10-20 inbound calls per day, assisting with servicing reservations and general resort inquiries
• Provide accurate information on availability, policies, and promotions to facilitate bookings
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4-6 months of sales, customer service, call center, or related hospitality experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a major plus
• Ability to commit to no time off during the first 90 days
• Previous work-from-home experience preferred
