Wholesale Compliance Director

Job Summary

Overseeing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in wholesale banking operations, the full-time salaried Wholesale Compliance Director will engage with bank personnel to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies while managing compliance controls and risk mitigation efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise executive management on compliance issues related to commercial lending and banking, participating in compliance and governance committees
• Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and conducting risk assessments
• Manage compliance oversight and reporting, including external audits and regulatory interactions, while preparing management and board reports on compliance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within wholesale banking or financial services
• Demonstrated compliance experience in commercial lending, commercial banking, or private banking operations
