Wholesale Coordinating Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Coordinating Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Wholesale Coordinating team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise Coordinators, Team Leads, and Support Staff remotely
• Work with management to streamline processes and manage loan file coordination in compliance with regulations
• Analyze loan documents and provide training and feedback to team members

Required Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Previous reverse mortgage processing/pipeline management experience is highly preferred
• Reverse mortgage experience is required
• Strong pipeline management skills are required
• Ability to present and communicate effectively to large groups
