A company is looking for a Wholesale Coordinating Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wholesale Coordinating team, ensuring compliance with FHA, State, and Investor regulations
• Lead and coach team members, manage performance, and assist with pipeline management
• Analyze loan documents and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure quality service

Required Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Experience in reverse mortgage processing and pipeline management is highly preferred
• Reverse mortgage experience is required
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to present to large groups, both in person and remotely
