Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Distribution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services
Process orders from various channels and maintain open order reports
Assist with customer problems, such as missed shipments and backorders, and strive for prompt resolution

Qualifications:

Completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
Two years of related experience preferred
Familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution operations
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
