Job Summary
Managing collections for 200-300 Wholesale Telecommunications accounts, the full-time salaried Wholesale Finance Principal will drive effective resolution of outstanding balances, improve cash flow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee collections strategy and ensure compliance with GOA and SOX guidelines
- Research disputes and provide data related to system integrations and month-end processes
- Collaborate with operational and taxation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate reporting
Required qualifications
- College degree with 1-5 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role, or 9+ years of related experience with supervisory duties
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and accounting procedures
- Experience creating SQL queries for data extraction and advanced data mining skills
- Proven organizational and time management abilities to prioritize multiple projects effectively
