Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale In Good Order (IGO) Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve producer submission requests in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate outreach for outstanding requirements and maintain professional communication with stakeholders
• Manage escalations and suggest process improvements based on identified issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or an Associate degree in lieu of experience
• 2-3 years of client customer support and operations experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Experience navigating multiple systems and databases
