Wholesale IGO Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale In Good Order (IGO) Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, and resolve producer submission requests in a fast-paced environment
• Send outstanding requirements and coordinate outreach to agents/producers for outstanding items
• Manage escalations and suggest process improvements based on identified issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or an Associate degree in lieu of experience
• 2-3 years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience
• Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
