Wholesale Key Account Team Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the Key Account Supervisor, the full-time remote Wholesale Key Account Team Lead will manage daily operations of the Key Account pod, providing guidance and training to team members while ensuring compliance and service level standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Key Account Processors and Coordinators
• Monitor team pipelines for timely follow-up and resolution of loan progression issues
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires while reinforcing expectations around pipeline ownership and reporting accuracy

Required qualifications

• Previous reverse mortgage processing experience is required
• Demonstrated experience managing pipeline workflows and loan files
• Strong understanding of FHA and proprietary reverse mortgage guidelines
• Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or informal leadership is preferred
• Proven ability to problem solve complex loan scenarios
