Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Documentation Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and ensure compliance of loan documentation in Wholesale Banking
• Review credit approvals and organizational documents to verify compliance and documentation needs
• Prepare and book Letters of Credit, serving as a subject matter expert in loan documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of bank operations or business lending experience
• Banking/accounting/finance experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field preferred
• Knowledge of escrow, title, real estate closing, and lien perfection
