Wholesale Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day wholesale operations, the full-time Wholesale Operations Analyst will manage order processing, maintain inventory visibility, and coordinate effectively across sales, logistics, and customers in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact between Wholesale Sales, Logistics/Distribution, and customers to ensure smooth order execution
• Process and manage wholesale orders in SAP and Sweed with high accuracy
• Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry and system updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, order processing, data entry, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data comparisons, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass required background checks and drug screening
