Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

To build a stable operational foundation for scaling wholesale business, the full-time remote Wholesale Operations Coordinator will manage retailer launches, operational execution, inventory flow, and cross-functional projects while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate launches and manage operational workflows across various retail accounts
• Build and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve visibility and execution consistency
• Identify and proactively solve operational risks and issues while ensuring high responsiveness in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, or supply chain coordination within a consumer products company
• Experience supporting retailer launches and managing vendor processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Ability to navigate retailer systems and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams
