Wholesale Operations Manager

Job Summary

Providing operations leadership and oversight, the full-time Wholesale Assistant Operations Manager will manage client experience and workflow for all Wholesale lines of business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan operations workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required SLAs
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support to third-party partners
• Review escalations to resolve complex issues with internal and external partners

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Reverse Operations experience across CLS, PA, and Broker channels, including leadership experience
• Preferred experience in (DE) Underwriting
• Strong understanding of government, regulatory, and company guidelines to ensure compliance
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple initiatives and deadlines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
